Adding FStar project to a VS solution error

1. Created blank solution in VS2022
2. Scaffolded FStar project using dotnet new fstarconsole -o helloworld
3. Attempting to add project to a solution in VS2022 results in an error

Managed to add it via command line

dotnet sln Test.sln add helloworld/helloworld.fsproj

Interesting to know, if this issue would be solved by having proper Nuget.config?
