[BUG] bottom toolbar

Images of a size similar to mobile phone screenshots cannot show the toolbar below when opened. And if rotated, when the size of the lower part is relatively small, the toolbar will also not be displayed.

The current design logic is that the toolbar automatically hides when the window width is too narrow to accommodate it. This is expected behavior.

To view the toolbar, you can scroll your mouse wheel to zoom in on the image, and it will automatically appear. Alternatively, you can enable the "lock window" feature and increase the window size.

Ok, got it. When the size is relatively small, can you only display the "previous/next page" and "rotate left/right" buttons? Because sometimes zooming in the image or increasing the window size will affect the aesthetics of the image. Hope you can consider this suggestion, thanks.
