Github actions for Ingestion

List of Sources:

1. cxpc_al_ai1_raw ( Have to be updated daily ) ( ingestion/json/cxpx_AL_AI1.js ) (DONE)

node cxpc_AL_AI1.js

2. market_depth_raw
3. prices_raw ( Have to be updated daily ) ( ingestion/csv/prices.py )
4. recipe_inputs_raw
5. recipe_inputs_time_raw

I have to create two folder:

• ingestion/sources_unprocessed
• ingestion/sources_processed

When I ran cxpx_AL_AI1.js or prices.py, it should move the csv or json file from sources_unprocessed to sources_processed
