Windows update kb5120998 restores taskbar position options

Hi! It's been a while.

I wanted to let you know that as of update kb5120998, Microsoft finally restored the ability to move the taskbar, natively.

It's on gradual rollout, so after the update you might have to use ViVetool to get it early.
