After last update to winver Version 22H2 (OS Build 22581.1) it stays on bottom.
Something resets the value back to 03 !
This reset also happens when I set it manually to 01.

Even if I disable writing to that value, it is not read by Windows Explorer and the taskbar stays at the bottom.
