Add different drivers for MacOS, Linux to get_driver.py

• Support Firefox, Safari, Edge drivers
• Support downloading a particular version
• Support downloading for different OS
• Cover with unit tests
• Tests should run with Github Actions
• Test run report should be in build artfacts
