Prerequisites

Node.js v18+
npm or yarn
Google Cloud project (for Vertex AI)
Firebase project (Authentication + Firestore)

1️⃣ Clone Repository

npm install

3️⃣ Configure Environment Variables

Copy the example .env.local and update with actual credentials:
