Revert one color for water height feature

During last meeting end user mentioned that 1 color for all water height chart series is not good enough, because they cannot compare 2 water height sensors. This feature should be reverted

Let's push this a little bit further so that we do not perform a revert of this revert in the future and assign different shades of blue to different water level sensors. To do that we need to name different water level sensors properly (currently they all have the same name in the chart).

Ok so this is connected with ismop/dap#90 and ismop/dap#119.

@nowakowski, @bwilk can you let us know when these two issues will be solved?
