<prefix> tags invisible in most wiki pages #1

Description

@jgd10

Prefix tags are invisible in most wiki pages. For example see https://github.com/isale-code/isale-wiki/wiki/Installation-instructions#installing-isale-dellen-for-scientific-use

compare this with the markdown content:

The "<prefix> " is not showing up because it is (presumably) being interpreted as an http tag. A simple solution would be to go through and change all the

 sections these code snippets are in to proper triple backtick code snippets as is normal in markdown.

Alternatively one could replace the < and > characters with their html equivalents. Either would work fine.
