Accessibility errors

First of all, what a wonderful job has been done in epubreader-js.
Could you also please consider testing epubreader-js for accessibility?
We use WAVE Evaluation Tool and get an error for missing form label in the search tool and contrast errors for the "back/next" arrows/buttons and the font color of the contents menu items.

@maroussa-t thanks for bringing this to my attention. I am aware of this issue. I am currently working on a fork intity/epub-js to prepare for migration to the new version of epub-js (4.x).

I am planning to use hyperapp as the basis for the UI. For this reason, it does not make practical sense to fix issues in the context of an deprecated API.
