include tile plot in DLC pipeline

another point: it would be great to have a tile plot of video data for each lab in DJ website (or somewhere easily accessible to each) updated daily to check mouse positioning.
@michael Schartner already did the coding for it: https://github.com/int-brain-lab/iblvideo/blob/master/IBL_video_tile_plot.py
However it currently requires one to download the relevant video data and run the tile script…
Could we have it automatically done, or is that too big of a job ?

This needs to be done close to the data ie. during extraction. I suggest we do this in the DLC pipeline as we already satisfy the opencv requirement.

• new integration test to extract/register DLC + tileplot
