[Bug]: Copy pasting inside `backticks` in a table includes the table formatting

This adds steps when copying commands from tables into terminal.

To me, this looks like a larger usability issue where the visual editor selection isn't exactly the copied content.

So two parts:

1. selected content isn't what makes it to the clipboard
2. It's not clear how to select high level block items like an entire table or even internal items like rows, columns.

I'm auditing the supported elements to figure out how to best show selection of block items and internal items like rows/colums etc.
