This repository is maintained as an independent, open-source academic laboratory. Our primary goal is to study, build, and test quantitative risk-monitoring models using purely public, verifiable datasets (OSINT).
All published works are developed strictly as methodological case studies to validate the accuracy of discrete-state modeling under open-source information constraints. We do not provide any form of commercial investment advice, non-public material non-public information (MNPI).

- Falsifiable Track Record: Every prediction includes explicit falsification conditions and post-hoc audit trails. Errors are preserved in version history with attribution.
