On the Create Order screen, the submit button is not being shown on Firefox and Edge. I have tried to have a look but cant seem to make out whats causing the issue. If you move the button above one of the other components then it will show, however if it is the last item on the form then its not showing.
PS: This is working on Google Chrome.
