error with finding the basin upstream of the station

I used to go through it for station ID '10113500' without any errors, however, when I tried today to go through the same script without any change, it showed this error 'Service returned no features'.

@Jihadothman1 - the background USGS web-service is currently down. You might keep an eye on the following link: https://labs.waterdata.usgs.gov/api/nldi/swagger-ui/index.html#/linked-data-controller/getBasin and run the default example to see when it's back up again.
