Support incremental builds in Nix again

The initial versions of kernel-builder could do incremental builds (before build2cmake). To provide IDE support, we made build2cmake and then started using CMake in the Nix build as well. We should consider making the build incremental again, it saves a lot of time when developing kernels and fixing issues, especially for large kernels like FA2/3.
