Could not confirm identity through post office, also from credit check

Hi I only one name and could not confirm my identity through one login gov also from online go through online with credit check and Because I have only foreign passport, no option for me. I have escalated to HRMC. they only could create my ID HRMC but every time I need to access HRMC and need go through ID login and gateway make me fail to access my HRMC.

One Login is not department specific - it's across government.

But if you've gone through the regular support channels (that were linked to from the pages you were using) they should handle your support as an individual user.
