Subject: [PATCH] Name the app correctly in release titles

Releases were titled "iOS Developer Toolkit vX.Y.Z"; they are now
"iOS Developer Toolkit (Swift) vX.Y.Z", matching the app. The comment no
longer refers to the python branch, which now lives in its own repository.
