Hmmm, not sure what the best way would be to add windows (and maybe macos) runner tests to the lifecycle.yml.
@ChipWolf could you look into that? I don't think we need to test everything on windows/macos, but just one version on each for each modloader would be enough.

Windows runs now, but it looks like HeadlessMc fails to find Java on macOS.
Looks like it is only an issue with the Forge Installers.
