[BUG]: file import via server doesnt work anymore

Description

If you place a file within the import folder of docker the new ui doesnt show this file even though its there. In the old ui you can see it.

This was reported in #2221 and should've been fixed in hashtopolis/web-ui#729, but apparently it still does not seem to work.
