[BUG]: Enable brain for hashlist button missing

In the new ui, once you create a hashlist there is a button missing enabling hashcat brain for this specific hashlist.

The functionality should be following:
Enabling Hashcat brain in the general settings makes the hashcat brain options and (missing) checkbox appear. You can then decide on a hashlist level if you want to have brain enabled or not.
If you disable brain in the general settings the checkbox should disappear and the brain options as well.

I guess we need a backend helper for that and frontend components?

I think that is only requiring changes on the frontend, as it can be retrieved from the config if the brain is enabled or not.
And if it is enabled globally, then show a checkbox to enable/disable it for the new hashlist on creation, and if that checkbox is ticked, show the selection which is currently available where you set the brain features.
