Consider adding command-line interface entry point

It would be interesting to support quick recipes via CLI

Basic examples would include:

• Convert binary to CSV files (similar to the tool @filcarv created in labview)
• Convert full folders to CSV files
• Merge all binary files into a single binary file (might be useful for playback data)
• Demuxing single files into harp standard container format
• Quick QC recipes?
• Return firmware, hardware, whoamI (essentially a diagnosis dump) to the console
• Add device.yml from remote
