Jupyter notebook walkthrough not displaying in Github

Description

The walkthrough ipynb is not displaying at all. Maybe we need to update it somehow.

Please also add a demonstration of the "harmonisation of response options" functionality if possible #101 #103

Environment

Github in browser - visit https://github.com/harmonydata/harmony/blob/main/Harmony_example_walkthrough.ipynb

Expected Behaviour

It should display the notebook

I have recreated the Jupyter notebook from scratch and now it's displaying in Github. Not sure if this will still be the case if I save it from Colab.

I tested saving it from collab and the display works in this scenario as well!
