[BUG] Sandbox tests uploads after integration test failures cause failure

Current Behavior

Uploading sandbox test directory after integration test fails with:

Error: The artifact name is not valid: sandbox-data-"2.4.7-p10". Contains the following character: Double quote "
Invalid characters include: Double quote ", Colon :, Less than <, Greater than >, Vertical bar |, Asterisk *, Question mark ?, Carriage return \r, Line feed \n, Backslash , Forward slash /

Expected Behavior

No error.
