Sample data: "Gift message" checkout attribute should be conditional on "Gift wrapping" = "Yes"

Summary

The sample checkout attributes created by the installer are independent of each other.
"Gift message" is always shown at checkout, even when the customer selected "No" for
"Gift wrapping". It should be conditional by default and appear only when gift wrapping is
chosen.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install GrandNode with sample data.
2. Add a shippable product to the cart and go to the cart / checkout.
3. "Gift wrapping" is pre-selected as "No".
4. "Gift message" is still displayed.

Expected behavior

"Gift message" is displayed only when "Gift wrapping" = "Yes", using the existing checkout
attribute condition feature (CheckoutAttribute.ConditionAttribute).

Actual behavior

"Gift message" has no condition, so it is always displayed. Admins have to add the condition
manually after every installation (Sales > Checkout attributes > Gift message > Condition tab).
Configuring it manually works as expected, so only the installer default is missing.
