Is it possible to popup an Image randomly inside the circle when the radar is rotating.
I want to popup an Image whenever the timer(which will be set and will be in some seconds) elapses. The position of the Image should be just before the current position of the radar. And the Image should not touch the inner circles but can be inside them.
The Image should stay for a second and then go away and should not rotate with the radar.
Is it possible to achieve this using this library or by adding small code?
