Resolves #1149 by upgrading
@formatjs/intland its companion@formatjs/ts-transformerto v4+. This removes the hardcoded typescript peer dependencies and prevents warnings during installation when using newer versions of typescript.PR created automatically by Jules for task 18202598971037961609 started by @sqrrrl
