From 74637b41d56edd368f4233406d989dc80c9dcb25 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Albert Bausili Date: Mon, 28 Sep 2026 08:23:20 +0200 Subject: [PATCH] docs(report): engine_transplant_claim_deferred also counts a reap retry or landing that finds the claim set (celeris#780) celeris#765 (celeris#758) widened TransplantClaimDeferred: rerunHandOff, for a reap's retry or its landing, counts it too when it finds the dispatch goroutine's claim set. The Counts string still gave only the old meaning, a completion landing between the park and the drain. No gate reads the counter; this is the recorded description only. --- report/engine_counter.go | 2 +- 1 file changed, 1 insertion(+), 1 deletion(-) diff --git a/report/engine_counter.go b/report/engine_counter.go index c6a1cfc5..e1129b10 100644 --- a/report/engine_counter.go +++ b/report/engine_counter.go @@ -203,7 +203,7 @@ var EngineCounters = map[string]EngineCounter{ }, "engine_transplant_claim_deferred": { Kind: CounterCumulative, - Counts: "hand-off attempts on the worker's own path that found the connection's async dispatch goroutine had already claimed the hand-off, and left it to that claim.
