Implement support for all gorm.datatypes fields and remove duplicates

Need to be implemented:

• Time
• Date (ditch current datetime.Datetime probably?)
• JSONType[T]
• JSONArray[T] (ditch current Slice fields, update documentation)
• UUID (remove all direct google UUID mentions from the code, update documentation)
