/model listed Claude Opus 4.7 in v1.0.39, but prompts failed when selected

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Behavior:

• /model listed Claude Opus 4.7
• Selecting it succeeded
• Sending any prompt failed with an error

Expected behavior

Expected:

• Unavailable models should not be listed
• Or the CLI should show a clear message that the model is unavailable for this account/version

Additional context

Notes:

• In v1.0.41 the model no longer appears in the model picker
• Release notes do not mention model catalog changes
