Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an alert that fires on feedback
2. Create an action to create an issue in Linear for each feedback

Expected Result

The issue is created in Linear with relevant information including title and feedback message.

Actual Result

The Linear issue is created with only the title and a link back to the Sentry issue.
