1. Support ngInject
2. Solutions for ng-include

ngInject is already in my todolist, but could you please be specific regarding your query on "solutions for ng-include" and "es6 support"

ng-include its about templateCache for angular.
Sample code for use <ng-include src="'path_to_template'"></ng-include> + gulp plugin 'gulp-angular-templatecache'

In your project workaround for me is
.run(['$templateCache',($templateCache)=>{ $templateCache.put('template_name', require('path_to_template') as string); }])

About ES6 support,
Im use for this babel with preference in webpack.common.config

   test: /\.jsx?$/,
   loader: 'babel-loader',
   exclude: [/node_modules/,/bower_components/],
   query: {
       presets: ['es2015']
   }
}
