[RFC] Performance Benchmarks, Security Audit Findings & Protocol Enhancements for GenVM

Proposal

Implement performance benchmarks + security improvements + new features for Intelligent Contracts.

This is connected to the first issue I just posted:
genlayerlabs/genlayer-testing-suite#73

What to add

1. Native resource metering (to prevent DoS)
2. Better Equivalence Principle with simple rules
3. Stronger sandbox protection
4. Optional ZK validation for important calls

All changes will be backward compatible and testable in Studio mode.
