我也遇到这个问题，现在还没有时间具体排查问题。
可以临时处理的方案：在text前后增加一个空格。
目前我还一个问题，单纯中文，动态改变字符串的时候，没有描边。

可以问题你可以自己解决，你要重新计算宽度，然后requestLayout一下，就可以了

你说的宽度，是外层text view的宽度吗？还是里面的
