Adding non-standard ports to default patterns

The default regex patterns could include non standard ports:

IPs
^(http|ws)s?://10(.\d+){3}(?::\d+)?/
^(http|ws)s?://127(.\d+){3}(?::\d+)?/
^(http|ws)s?://172.16(.\d+){2}(?::\d+)?/
^(http|ws)s?://192.168(.\d+){2}(?::\d+)?/

Plain Host
^(http|ws)s?://[^.]+(?::\d+)?/

The part (?::\d+)? should allow optional ports.

Including ports in the patterns would only matter if there are multiple server on the same IP but with different ports.

Is there a common use case?

http://127.0.0.1:8384/

qbittorrent uses 8080

Ready-made patterns are meant for convenience in general cases.
Since it is not a common case, it would be better to enter http://127.0.0.1:8384/ instead of using a wide-range ready-made pattern such as ^(http|ws)s?://127(.\d+){3}(?::\d+)?/ which would catch a lot more addresses (16,777,214 IPS).
