Options not recognized by FCLI

The options, --[no-]oss and --[no-]use-aviator seem to not be recognized by FCLI 3.18

FCLI: 3.18
Text Editor: PowerShell

Brackets are supposed to indicate "optional" strings - not be included in the option, so, for example:

--oss

or

--no-oss

This does appear a bit confusing but is the way picocli handles negatable option.
