FEAT: fetch all email

Is your feature request related to a problem?

I’d like an option for matcha to fetch all my emails so I can browse them offline.

Right now it feels like matcha only fetches on demand, which also makes it slow to open emails.

Describe the solution you'd like

I’d like matcha to fetch all emails for an account by default and keep a local cache, or an option that lets me enable this behavior.

Using Thunderbird :)

We are thinking of an implementation for this
