feat(cli): clean ASCII banner + list release subcommand

- Banner: replace stacked figlet 'firefly' / 'framework' with a single
  inline 'firefly framework' rendering that fits cleanly in standard
  terminal widths
- Long description: add 'release' to Available Commands list
