Native Windows builds

One of my developers is on Windows and has struggled quite a bit to get drift working, resorting to building from source and running in Docker.

Is there a better way?

Hey @jhodges10 thanks for the note! I'd be happy to have native windows builds but have no windows machines to test it with. Would you or your colleague be keen to open a PR?
