Threads are given exponential backoff delays in the bump routine when the bot runs into permission issues bumping the thread. This happens without the server owner knowing, leading to the server owner running into seemingly random spells of the bot not working. I should devise a way (perhaps a notification system?) to let the server owner know, which'll let them take action and fix the issue
