Allow users to specify which channel they want to see threads under. Right now Thread-Watcher shows all watched threads which will get cluttered on an active server.
Adding a channel or parent filter should prove to be easy as the functionality already exists on the dashboard. We might also add even more filters to /list to allow more granularity while searching
