Replace unmaintained httpx with httpx2

Hi, httpx is pretty much dead and pyndatic's fork httpx2 looks promising.

Currently, all projects using fastapi[standard] automatically receive httpx as a transitive dependency from this repo.

Would it be possible to either make httpx an optional dependency or replace it with httpx2?
