plugCubed & RCS compatibility, barebones, and advanced "packages" #15
these packages would mostly just mean "default plugins", maybe bundled in the same file, so users can get started easily.
maybe a moderation package as well with troll-identifying tools and whatnot.
should replace https://github.com/ExtPlug/ExtPlug/blob/bd5f90303dd9f0bded2b109ad3514ceb0b6c00c1/src/extplug/ExtPlug.js#L236-L244
barebones would not include any plugins; advanced would include all plugins from the extplug github org.
