More Configuration Options

• Rename visitor id to visitor_group_id
• Add options to randomize the id for every request / have id's based on cidr groups
• Add options to disable bounce-rate / utm params / city level ip lookups (global / per entity)
• Add prune option (to prune old data that isn't needed with the current options)
• Add option to only keep x days of history
• Add ingest filters (global / per entity) for incoming events
