Currently, CicrcleCI uses OpenSSH 7 which has a bug that's interfering with uploading prebuilt binaries.
In PR #145, we added a step to install and use OpenSSH 8, and we won't need it once CircleCI update the preinstalled OpenSSH version (CircleCI-Public/windows-orb#25).
When they do, we should revert this change.
