add testcase calling `prxq:list-by-uri()`

To avoid regressions against evolvedbinary/fusion-studio-extension#508 we should add a testcase here that ensures the array of restxq functions is WAI.

Once I figured out what WAI looks like, I ll be able to design a testcase. For now this is a placeholder.
