[Bug]: Few bugs with linked entry fields

What happened?

1. When entering a bundle due date and the date exceeds max period no(inconsistent) error is shown

2. Freshly loaded page calculates no premium nor shows any errors/messages. Toggling default amount helps.

How did you get a freshly loaded page with a protected amount? Normally that field is empty (if you press f5 to reload the page or navigate there from the outside) and the premium will be calculated once the first data has been entered.

Date is set up to default value, while protected amount is not cleared on reload. Freshly opened page have empty amount field but loader "Fetching risk bundle information from blockchain" is still present. Does this behaviour persists on Win/Linux/Chrome?

The change revalidates the linked duration/end-date fields before premium calculation, adds explicit end-date min/max validation, and recalculates once bundles load if the amount field was already touched.
