Accidental deletion of collections: no way to recover / undelete

Hi,

I accidentally deleted a calendar collection in the Android app. The deletion was immediately synced to my self-hosted EteSync server and all clients, and there seems to be no way to:

• view deleted collections, or
• restore/undelete a mistakenly deleted collection.

Given that Etebase/EteSync keeps a full history and only marks collections as deleted, it would be great to have:

• A way to list deleted collections for an account, and
• An “undelete/restore” option (even if exposed only via CLI or advanced UI).

Right now, a single tap can permanently wipe an entire calendar for non-technical users, unless they have their own server backups and know how to restore them.

Is such a recovery feature planned or considered?

i have been able to restore a collection. when a collection for a given user is deleted it adds a record in the django_etebase_collectionitemrevision with current=true and deleted = true and set the previous record to current = null

So restoring a dropped collection is just about:

• dropping the new revision
• set the previous revision to current
