Subject: [PATCH] Add Commercy

Argentine commerce platform combining an online store, point of sale,
inventory and ARCA/AFIP electronic invoicing in a single system.

Detected via the generator meta tag its storefronts emit.
Currently in use by 98 storefronts in production.
