Symbol values become strings

This is probably on both producing and consuming. It would be really nice to be able to send a symbol through and not have it come out as a string. We might need to do some pre/post processing around Oj

It's tough, to make the JSON work, you have to turn it into a string, then you either have to assume everything is a symbol, or just stick with strings. So, you have to be opinionated and also deal with strings that are hard to make symbols, like those with spaces or dashes.

I was thinking about a scenario where we convert symbols to strings with a marker of some sort before serializing and then process back on the other end... extra overhead, but might be worth it to maintain the static typing over transit.
